For example, if some brilliant person invented some new technology like flying cars or something like that, you wouldn't give up your old car for some lame reason like 'well I don't think I'd be very good at flying'. You would go out and buy some flying lessons and if it really isn't your thing then you can sell all of your stuff on Craigslist. Or who knows, maybe you'll learn how to fly before the others! Either way, you wouldn't just give up.
